Call Center - LDF Holdings Pays It Forward

In the spirit of the holidays, LDF Holdings call center staff adopted a local family. All staff contributed funds, purchased and wrapped gifts to help make Christmas a little merrier for our adopted family. Making a difference in the community by adopting a family each year looks to be on the fast track to becoming an annual Call Center staff tradition.

Call Center Employee Spotlight - Meet Joseph "Joe" Walker.

After two years with the Call Center, he has been promoted to Call Center Trainer.

The BDC has developed and implemented a successful training program over the last year with the results exceeding expectations. Joe will be instrumental in training Call Center team members to ensure we continue best-in-class customer service.

Call Center Employee Spotlight - Charlene

Meet Charlene. When winter dropped 19 inches of snow on us in early April, short-handed, but not short on drive and determination, Charlene extended herself to ensure our new teammates received the support they needed while we all were digging out.

Charlene demonstrated through actions why BDC is a place we love to work. We all depend on each other for success. We help each other when things get tough. We share a mutual commitment to success. We connect with each other on a personal level.

Charlene, you are a reason we all love where we work!

Call Center Employee Spotlight - James Doud

We're pleased to spotlight James Doud this month and recognize the great job he does at the Call Center.

James displays a wealth of funding knowledge for his TLE, and is a top performer. He also values not only his own success, but team success and shares his knowledge freely with new staff.

James is a positive employee and his energy is contagious, and so is hard work and dedication to the company. He is diligent when working with the new employees and doesn't hesitate to make corrections and give praise for a job well done.

James lives a good life outside of work as well. He is a local golfer and he is active in his treaty rights as a spearfisher and outdoorsman. Jim is a single father and enjoys the quality time with his children.

James, you are a reason we all love where we work!

Call Center Team Members Spotlight - Larry Kosowski and Dan Sero

We're pleased to spotlight Larry Kosowski and Dan Sero this month and recognize the great job they both do at the Call Center.

Larry Kosowski came to us looking for a change after many years at the casino. Hey enjoys the new skills he's learned and the overall atmosphere of the call center.

Larry's calm demeanor was a perfect fit in our team and his hard work and dedication to getting things done is just what was needed. Larry is a quick learner and excels at his processes. Larry stays compliant and stays vigilant, ensuring all things are done correctly and accurately.

 

Dan Sero is a very busy guy and it reflects in his call volume and his loans originated.

Dan is a great mentor to his coworkers and is always motivating, encouraging and critiquing to get the best out of his teammates. He sets daily goals for himself, and achieves them regularly. Dan has a wealth of knowledge with multiple servicers and processes. Dan really is a great asset to us at the call center.
